Annual rate — decimal (0.11) or percent (11); values above 1 are read as percent.
monthsinteger · required
Tenure in months.
methodstring · optional
`annuity` (default, what banks quote) or `flat` (what dealers quote).Default: annuity

The installment, in the same currency as the principal.
final_installment
The last one, absorbing the rounding of all the others.
total_interest / total_payment
What the loan really costs on top of the principal.
